Summer Camp 2008 Handout

We will be attending Camp Chawanakee - northeast of Fresno - the week of August  10 - 17.  We need to get our first payment in for summer camp by the Troop Court of Honor on April 28.  The summer camp cost is: $340. The troop is paying $40 per scout thus leaving each scout responsible for $300 in payments. Each scout needs to make a minimum payment of $150 at the CoH and must pay the remaining cost by May 31st.  Scouts may use available funds in their scout accounts.  The Scouts also need to make contact with Mr. or Mrs. Babbe to let them know that they are attending summer camp and which merit badges they want to sign-up for.
 
If any scout for sees difficulty in making payments on time then they need to discuss this with with a member of the troop committee. 


1. Activities permission form - very important, must be filled in and signed

2. Required Medical forms [required - check to see if you are current]:
Class I and II -  for boys and adults under 40 - good for 3 years
Class III - for high adventure and adults over 40 - good for 1 year
